Somatics Chair Exercises

Somatics is a versatile form of exercise. It not just helps the fit get fitter, but it also helps recovering patients ease back into normality. 

Today, we shall talk about Somatics Chair Exercises. It is a variation of Somatics that helps people in their recovery process by moulding the exercises to their range of motion.

One of my clients cannot get down to the floor, or back up on her feet comfortably. Neither can she lie on the floor comfortably, flat or supine. Normal Somatics exercises for her can be a little troublesome in this case. This is when Somatics Chair exercises come into play. These help her heal while also fitting in her range of motion.
